We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We make no representation that the Service is available or appropriate for use in all locations. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, strikes, internet failures, or government actions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the intent of the original provision.
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or our right to enforce it in the future. Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BiddingBell regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. These Terms may only be modified by us in writing.
